Motor control. 1) current surge occurs when the motor is started or commutated.The carbon brush inside the motor will produce the phenomenon of sparking, which seriously affects the life of the motor and the stability of the driver, and the mechanical structure will also be affected.To solve these problems, start with control signals. 2) buffer circuit has been designed in the drive.Even when the motor speed is set to the highest, the motor will start with a buffer action of 0.8 seconds. However, due to the types and models of the motor and the large number of application occasions, this buffer is only for most applications and plays a certain protective role.Therefore, it is suggested that when using the motor, the buffering time of starting and commutating should be extended as far as possible when the working requirements permit.In this way, the vibration, life and stability of the motor can be greatly improved. 3) ways to lengthen the motor start buffer time: When regulating speed of external voltage: The external controller slowly changes the voltage from low to high until the voltage reaches the required value. Speed adjustment when connected to potentiometer: Add a 10-47uf capacitor to the ground at the center foot of the potentiometer. When external current speed regulation signal is connected: The external controller slowly changes the current from low to high until the current reaches the required value. When externally connected with PWM speed regulating signal: The external controller slowly changes the duty ratio from small to large until the current reaches the required value. 4) methods to lengthen motor commutation buffer time: Lengthen the time interval between forward and reverse control signals of the motor.Best to do a stop action, such as the motor does not turn, then send motor commutation signal.If at the highest speed of the motor, send a reversing signal, the electrical passive brake will be about 0.8s, and then run the reverse signal.However, in some cases, the motor is too heavy to stop in 0.8 seconds due to inertia.At this time, if the motor reverses the signal, then the mechanical impact and electrical impact on the life of the motor and drive are very important.This should be avoided as much as possible.
